Below is information on the quality services we proved at NEF, Ltd. We are capable of pricing small quantities and hundreds of thousands of pieces. (Large or smaller quantities are welcomed).
Saw
We have an automated panel saw capable of cutting different kind of materials, like Wood, Plywood, OSB, Particle board, MDF, any kind of composite panels and different kind of plastic sheets like acrylic and so on. We have the capability of processing sheets big as 5ft wide x 12ft long and 5 ½” thick. We can cut big sheets or small as ½” square. We care capable of pricing small quantities and hundreds of thousands of pieces. (Large or smaller quantities are welcomed). We are capable of cutting steel and aluminum.
Routing
We have two 8- head routers and the tables size are 5ft x 16ft. We are capable of routing any type of wood, plywood, MDF, particle board and any other plastic sheets like acrylic. We are capable of processing sheet 5ft x 16ft long or any smaller parts. We are willing to quote for small quantity as well as in thousands.
Sanding
We have different kind of sanding capabilities; we have a sander that accommodate 42” wide boards. We have belt sander, balloon sander, and many other hand-held sanders based on the application.
Boring
We have the capability of boring multiple horizontal or vertical holes in a part. We can change the hole spacing and the hole diameter as required. Capable of pricing big and small quantities.
Engineering
We can provide in-house engineering services with the capability of designing new products or work with existing designs.
Assembly
We are capable of assembling smaller and larger parts after finish works.
Paint/Finish
We have the capability of different kind of finish works. We can do painting and wood finishes based on customer needs. We are capable of gluing carpets to plywood and other subfloors.
Packing & Shipping
We are capable of packing small items and big items in standard boxes or custom boxes based on the customer requirements. We can arrange shipment of small items through courier services like Fed Ex or UPS and larger items via LTL or any trucks. We have a box truck by which we are capable of providing our own trucking services if necessary.
